The talk gave the Hoedspruit community a detailed look at what the Ingwe Research Program had been building since data collection began in January 2023.

The presentation covered more than 200 individual leopards identified through citizen science submissions, and showcased the remarkable movements of some of those individuals across the Greater Hoedspruit landscape.

The turnout reflected what has become one of Ingwe's most consistent strengths: a local community that is genuinely invested in the leopards living alongside them, and willing to show up to learn more about what their sightings are revealing at a population level.
